2. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide clear, complete, and timely project requirements
  • Respond to feedback and approve deliverables in a timely manner
  • Make payments as per the agreed schedule and terms
  • Any delay on the client’s part may affect project timelines and delivery.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom content, designs, code, and materials created by Briton Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables may be transferred to the client, in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing will be confirmed before the project begins
  • We may require milestone or partial payments for longer projects
  • Late or missed payments may cause work to pause or attract additional fees
  • All payments must be made in GBP and processed via accepted UK payment methods.

5. Revisions and Refunds

  • Reasonable revisions are included in accordance with the service agreement.
  • As all services are custom and digital in nature, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
  • In the event of project cancellation, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion based on the amount of work completed.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are issued only for payments made via credit card or PayPal. Payments made by bank transfer are strictly non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Briton Designs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our services. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated.

7. Third-Party Tools and Plugins

We may use third-party tools, plugins, platforms, or hosting solutions (such as WordPress, SEO tools, or stock media). While we aim to use reputable providers, we are not liable for any disruptions, losses, or policy changes from those third-party services.
